  • Pets: 2 dogs max, you must supervise the dogs at all times, you have to put the dogs in the provided kennel when leaving your dogs at the house. Dogs must be crated when left unattended.
  • Hot tub: Make sure to test the hot tub with the provided tester strips before getting in the hot tub. Also, swimwear is only allowed in the hot tub, NO normal clothes because they will ruin the water.
  • Trash: Please place all trash in the provided trash bags, and place the trash bags in the trash bins near the driveway. Do not put loose trash in the trash cans.
  • Please do not unplug any of the electronics (TVs, Xbox, etc).
